I’ve used singing bowls in private and group past life regression sessions for several years. Lately, I’ve started collaborating with Helga Gruner, a gifted energy healer who has extensively studied the use of the voice for healing and spiritual growth, to create guided awareness, meditation and sound healing experiences.
We will be offering an almost-free session this coming Monday in Bridgewater, NS.
Monday, June 30 at 3 pm.
Flourish Centre, 90 Dominion St., Bridgewater.
The Centre is in the corner of the curling club building farthest away from the intersection of Dominion and Churchill Streets.
The session will last an hour, with another half hour available for informal socializing and discussion.
Anyone can attend, but if you aren’t a member of the Flourish 55+ Healthy Activity Society, you’re asked to pay $3.
We are available for group sessions, retreats, private events, etc. We are also interested in adapting our work to different populations. Contact me to discuss booking.
